Shepherding Tools has completely overhauled my approach to shepherding the flock where I've been called to serve. No email required. A sample monthly shepherding report shows what a session reviews: 40 households sorted by how recently they were contacted, the same breakdown district by district, and how many contacts each officer made that month.
A Proposal to the Session is one page you can print and hand your elders. It makes the biblical case for keeping shepherding records, then proposes a 90-day pilot on one or two districts. There is a suggested motion at the bottom.
